Brian Maier is the owner of Mortgage Box, a philanthropist, and a leading mortgage broker in Nevada. 

After graduating with a degree in Industrial Mathematics, Brian pursued his passion of real estate and entered the Las Vegas Mortgage/Real Estate industry in 1999. Just six years later, he launched Raintree Mortgage Services, and it has grown exponentially ever since.

As an entrepreneur, investor, educator, CrossFitter, and a devoted family man, Brian knows a thing or two about striking the right balance. By putting together an expert team of consultants and offering seamless assistance for every aspect of the home loan process, Brian has built Mortgage Box to run as a highly reliable, well-oiled machine.

DEBBIE MAIER, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As Director of Operations at Mortgage Box, Debbie has spent the past 11 years working side by side with her son, Brian Maier (CEO). Her passion is helping homebuyers relax and making the transaction seamless from start to finish. She will always ensure that we close every file as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Prior to joining Mortgage Box, Debbie graduated with a B.S. degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Administration. Debbie has over 20 years of real estate experience, which she applies to various aspects of the mortgage office. She is passionate about making each transaction and the entire mortgage process run smoothly from beginning to end.

When Debbie isn’t working, she can be found in her sewing room, reading a good book, or doing CrossFit. She loves seeing her 6 grandchildren, watching soccer games, and spending time with family.

MICHAEL YAGI, PRODUCTION MANAGER

As a Senior Production Manager at Mortgage Box, Michael has spent the last 14 years helping clients get into the home of their dreams. He also advises them on how to increase their credit scores and helps them make smarter financial decisions. 

Michael knows that buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions that someone can make. He always ensures that his clients are educated and feel relaxed throughout the entire process.

Prior to joining Mortgage Box, Michael Yagi worked as a Loan Officer for Prime Cap Financial and Trusted Home Lending. He also gained valuable experience working as a claims adjustor for several insurance carriers. 

When Michael isn't working, you can find him training at a CrossFit gym and making everyone around him smile!

JOSH HOULE, PRODUCTION MANAGER + LOAN OFFICER

As a Loan Originator at Mortgage Box, Josh has spent the past 4 years helping clients achieve their goals. Whether it is a first time homebuyer being inundated with information to a seasoned buyer purchasing another home to add to their investment portfolio, Josh can help you find a mortgage solution that will meet your needs and long-term objectives. He will always ensure each borrower understands all of their available options.

Prior to joining Mortgage Box, Josh was a marketing project manager, where he would navigate projects through all phases starting at the design and conception to completion and analytics. He gained thorough industry insight and is always able to find creative solutions to overcome any number of potential roadblocks to exceed client expectations.

When Josh isn’t working, he can be found on the hockey rink or next to a grill.

KATEY DRAWE, Loan Officer

Katey Drawe is a Loan Officer at Mortgage Box. Born and raised in Southern California, she moved to Park City, Utah to study Business. With a love for the mountains, Katey stayed in Utah to teach snowboarding at Park City Mountain Resort for several years and start a family.

After taking time off to raise her two beautiful children, she’s excited to have found her passion in business again. She has been with Mortgage Box since 2020 providing her clients with excellent service and great rates. We are so grateful to have her!

Meghan Farmer, Loan Officer

While finishing her degree Business Administration in Marketing at UNLV, she purchased her first home.  The process and paperwork led her to wanting to understand it all a little more clearly so she could help educate future home owners in that same process. 

Meghan has worked in multiple areas in the mortgage industry, for the last 21 years, that has helped create the depth of knowledge she is capable of sharing with her clients.  This along with her passion for helping others attain their financial goals in the process is why she loves what she does. When she isn’t working, you can find her on the baseball and football fields cheering on her boys and their teams.

Ryan Melvin, Loan Officer

Ryan has served the Las Vegas community as a real estate Broker since 2002 and has been dually licensed as a loan officer since 2012 and assisted over 1200 clients achieve home ownership.

Passionate about creating passive income, the real estate industry has been a natural fit for Ryan as he has the opportunity to invest himself but can also use the knowledge and lessons he has learned to help guide his clients to financial freedom if that is their desire.

Away from work Ryan enjoys most outdoor activities from basketball and football to mountain biking and fishing. Ryan is married and has 2 daughters and 3 dogs. Ryan has lived in Las Vegas since 1988 and graduated from Bonanza High School.
